Haremesque undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks.

In the case that items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send clients an e-mail so that they are informed. Clients will then have the option of modifying or canceling their order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give clients a full refund as quickly as possible.

 In confirming a clients order, clients are accepting all of our general conditions of sale. Haremesque takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. Shipment times are standard post office times for the clients region.


Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Haremesque cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

Please be advised that Haremesque cannot be held responsible for lost packages for all non-tracked deliveries although we will do our best to sort any issue with the relevant post offices. Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients and that are returned to us will be reshipped at the client’s expense, once the client of course agrees to this. In any case, please know that Haremesque does the best it can to track packages, sort out issues, and reassure clients.


Haremesque does not accept returns. However, products will be replaced at Haremesque’s cost (including shipping) should there be quality problems with the product.

Risks & Warranty

The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by Haremesque shall take place upon handing-over the carrier.

If the products sent do not conform to a clients order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced. The return costs in this case are payable by Haremesque.

If a clients has any specific delivery lead times, we ask that they please check with the manufacture first before placing and confirming their order. Once an order has been placed clients cannot amend the shipping option.

The orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the client. We advise our clients to provide all address details needed. If there are any special instructions regarding the delivery, we ask that our clients please notify us by adding a note when placing the order.


The prices are shown in USD/EUR/GBP (depending the clients country of delivery) and are quoted including or excluding taxes depending on the clients address of delivery:

Items to be delivered within North America will be quoted sales tax excluded. Items to be delivered within the Euro Zone will be quoted sales tax inclusive. Items to be delivered to Great Britain will be quoted sales tax inclusive.

The shipping costs are not included in the price. The prices may be modified at any time. However, Haremesque applies the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering.

Orders are payable in USD (North America), GBP (Great Britain) and EUR (Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Middle East and Oceania) only.

Display price and final check out price may vary according to where you decide to ship your cart. Destination choice will impact shipping origin to accommodate for shipping regulations of alcohol based goods such as perfumes and to minimize shipping costs. It will also impact currency and sales tax calculations, which might be waived in some instances.


Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received.

Online payment is accepted exclusively by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.
